In the market for a new detector, AT pro or AT max?

I had the pro years ago, but ended up selling due to lack of use, looking to get back and see they have the AT Max.
Is performance better or is it just coming with extra features like the wireless?

AT Max is Garrett's best regular machine, then the AT GOLD which I run, third AT Pro in that order/ Didn't have AT Max 8 years ago. Been real happy with the AT Gold.
