My parents left me a small plot of land in the Old Town Fl. area. Has anyone ever hunted this area and what what would you expct to find? I understand this was a large indian village at one time. I have also read there was some treasure on the Suanee river that has not been found too. May be interesting don't you think? The property is undeveloped so digging will not be aproblem except for the snakes and gators.

I don't know anything about old town but I can tell you the The State of Florida + river + treasure = jail time. They a funny law that reads if you take anything (you know coins, arrowhead points, rocks, etc.) from a river that you will be charged, possibly as a felon. Welcome to Florida!
