I am relatively new here as well (posting for a few months). Everyone on here is super helpful and encouraging. Don't be afraid to ask questions, but you can also find a lot of answers on the beginners thread. GL and HH!

this forum got me to try hunting. i have been doing it for about 6 weeks and have found about 30 silver dimes and 20 silver halves. i got addicted really fast (finding 2 '64 kennedy's in the first 300 bucks in halves). then started dimes, did well, then slowed, then tried nickels and they got to tedious for me, found about 8 war nickels and about 4 rolls of pre 1960's (no indian head ) but even though alot of people are talking about the end, there is still time to pull a little more silver. but lately i have been buying more junk silver under spot than hunting, but i hope you find lots of silver, HH. -john.
