Well the day after the Celt find I had to do some painting and got it done fast enough to take a quick walk down to the other creek I go to. We had so much rain I just wanted to check 1 spot where a lot of new gravel had washed up. The water was still a little high but I glanced around a bit and saw this in the sun light in the ankle deep water. It dried brown but in the water is was pink and I think it is a type of slate. What do you think it is? Its to lite to be a tool and its thin. Lets here some responses. Thanks, rock

i agree, the notch should be smooth from wear of the binding if you thought it was some kind of tool
