Sorry if this is a stupid question but my wife insists that I carry it with me while detecting on the beach. We're both in
We Dig Metal Detectors
our 70's so anything can happen. Will having it on to recieve a call from her affect the operation of my Nox 800?

YES ABSOLUTELY !!! As soon as your phone rings you must stop and answer your phone, so it will affect YOUR operation of the Nox 800..... 🤣

Does it cause some type of electromagnetic interference ? NO Absolutely not !! 🤣

I have the Dues ll and accidentally disconnected my pin pointer.
I started to look at a video on reconnecting it.
The EMI was certainly noticeable in my headphones.
So I just tell the Mrs no calls 🙃

It can to a certain extent, but, not enough to worry about. Do a noise cancel and don't think twice.
 

Eventually,I'll need to get one of those small First Alert devices that send the message "Help I've fallen and can"t get up"
