Iron Wars...

well met a T-net member today (cman1348) for a bit of a cache hunt.
The most promising area was full of iron and metal roofing
from an old corn crib. After clearing out some of the area,
broke out the two-box and was loaded for bear. Got several
deep signals that turned out to be large iron parts. So we
came up empty handed. One hole we dug was a good +2 feet!
But did meet a really nice TH'er, landowner and his father-in-law. And it turns out the father-in-law is a MD'er too, and does
really well down the Jersey shore.
These were great people and a pleasure to meet.
It was a perfect day to MD - weather was perfect!
