Whats the trade in value for them suckers? Also I dont get it, I mean why is there so many, does everyone drinking a soda just decide oh Im gonna pull that off and toss it on the ground??

Kids love to wiggle them until they break off - Too, theres still alot of the old pull off ones out there.
Those dang circular metal film seal things they put on milk & juices are every bit as bad, and are becoming more and more common to find.
