Is there any way to accurately determine the age of these "Donald Duck" Navy Caps

I picked these "Donald Duck" Navy caps up today locally. He told me that the one on the white display was WWII era and the one on the glass display was Korean War era.

In the little bit of "Google" research that I have done, it seems that this style of cap (with US NAVY on them) was made from 1941-1963. The labels on the inside are worn to where they cannot be read.

In person, you can tell that they are old and the one on the white display definitely looks older than the other one. Is there any other way to tighten down a date range on these? I picked these up to trade/sell and I don't want to mis-represent them.

Thanks,
Doug

There is a little difference in the color, but not much. I just figured it was because of age difference.

Thank you everyone. I appreciate the help.
