Is there anything better than a good cup of coffee?

Me too. Folgers Classic; I drink it black.

It's good to have simple tastes.

On the road we find Dunkin. I don't care for Starbucks - though I only ever tried it a couple times at airports. Just too bitter to drink black.

Still have a little percolator we used on various boats - alcohol stove & later propane. Nothing beats a freshly percolated cup of coffee on a cold morning. Dash of cold water before pouring to settle the grounds. When I first started to drink coffee it was my scoutmaster's method of adding salt and smashed eggshells (Navy?) to settle the grounds. On those occasions anything warm would have been welcome.
