Why not try swinging with your other arm its awkward at first but if you get used to it its not that bad i do it to try and keep i shape I can dig with my right arm whay better never hurt to try

You know I tried swinging with my left arm for a little bit and it is just so extremely awkward. I cannot do anything with my left arm except Drive which is weird because I put my life in my left arm.

I tried that too, and it does work until you get swingers elbow in that arm. The exercises worked for me.

Glad to hear try to keep using the other one once in a while keep it conditioned never know one day it might be your only choice good luck everything is lighter in the water
