We all found points. I found a broken axe head, several tip, abrader stone, 4" Marion and the cherry on top is my first Coral point and it is a Marion. Coral is not common this far inland.

Red is sparkles caught by camera. yellow appears to be quartz. Im assuming the sparkles are smaller quartz that cant see with eyes. The larger ones I had to use zoom to see them.

That is an interesting material. It looks a lot like rice grain coral in that picture. I looked at some Bay Bottom pieces (nothing whole) I have and they don't have a lot of sparkling in them.

I assume that you are somewhat coastal but that general shape is one we know here in the Midwest very well. Dickson and Waukesha from the woodland era. Any correlation?

Waubesa, not Waukesha.

It's a Marion Florida point. Similar in style to what you pointed out. Coral points are almost exclusively from Florida. Florida's points made from agatized coral can be amazing in variety and beauty.

No doubt, beautiful!! The first one has a mother of pearl quality.
