Is this a error dollar?

I got this bill today in a stack of my weekly $200 that I search through. It has alot of stuff on it. Has a backwards 2 on the right near the other 2 and on the left near the 1. Has extra bits of signiture on the left and around the brim. Also has extra righting on the right and what apears to be a block A.. Is this a error of some sort? Worth anything?

Not sure. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep.

Your note got wet with either water or some other liquid, then folded in half, transferring the image of some of the note to the other half of the note. Not an error.
