I wouldnt dig it. Maybe if there is some erosion around it I would look at that. Say the bottom of the "hill"

If its like the mounds I'm digging in, there should be a lot of fist sized rock all over.

ok cool ty i might ask the owner about it one of these days right now ive got a big field at my farm to dig start digging in when the ground dries up wish i could find someone to help me with the digging and sifting and i'll split the finds with who ever helps

that would be nice ive got a lot history to pull out of the ground on my place ive found a few place's down in the holler where the indians dug soapstone and clay
