A this a napsack or haversack buckle. And what is the oval and half circle. They were found at civil war site

Is this a calvary site, by any chance? Looks like you have horse tack, like a saddle buckle the ring might be from a bridal.
 
I have found a few Iron Buckles like the one in your hand at a CW Calvary Site.

IMO Such pieces are hard to date (Unless found in a Camp or Known CW site ) As most folks back then had a Horse Or two as their means of travel.
