Is this a point or a scraper? :)

I thought I found a cool point in a river in Southeast Nebraska, but my friend is calling me crazy and saying it's a scraper. I'm probably wrong, but I'm interested in how to discern between the two in a case like this.
Also, if it is a point, and you have some ideas as to the type, I'd love to hear what you're thinking!

Low angle edge = knife.

High angle edge = scraper.
