Is this an axe head?

This was found in central Texas. Found 2 that are possible axe heads. Please let me know what you think. The bulldozer won,

The look like pieces of pre-form's or knife blades to me.

They are both close to 5 inches.

They may be hand axes or large scrapers,all i know is they are big and worked!
