Yet another specimen from my old rock collection.... Is this Tigereye? If it is, I wish I had kept better records of locations.

It appears to have the chatoyancy band, if was tumbled or polished, the band would "chatoy". 
Not sure abut your yellow rock on the other thread, though.

Yep, tiger eye. I have a bunch of it in the rough, just cut and polished a small cabochon from it yesterday.
