Is this worth getting gradded

Not a roll find but found this in my grandmothers house. Wanted people's opinion if its worth sending to get graded? Thanks for the advice.

I don't plan on selling it just didn't know once its sealed and graded if that's a better way to hold it than leaving it in the met life envelope I was given it in.

Unlike silver, gold does not tarnish. However, I would grade it for reasons that have been already mentioned.
