It Seems To Be A Trinket Worn on a Necklace

It is coated with a gold substance. I don't thing it is gold plating, but I could rub the tarnish off easily. It seems to be cast, maybe out of lead. The fastener at the top appears to be an "expensive" one. The figure looks like a woman's torso with a handbag under the arm. The two lines near the collar look like the figurine is wearing Chinese garb. I think it is too heavy to be a charm from a charm bracelet. I found it at a part about one inch down.
