It's about trime!

Finds from today. Hunting on private land in Gettysburg. The three cent "trime" was a big surprise. A first for me. Can't believe how small it is. Half the size of a dime.

DFX300 with a 13" ultimate. This was found in a brushy area of woods that was likely pasture or crop land in the 1800s. I almost didn't dig it because it was a choppy little signal and it was bouncing. Unfortunately I don't recall the VDI, but it certainly wasn't slamming in the 80s or 90s like most silver coins do with this machine.

What an amazing coin. Congrats. That one is definitely on my list as well.

That trime is in really nice condition. You should be proud. Good job!

That's a nice litter silver, congrats! Does anyone else think the shape of one of those melted lead pieces is in the shape of a pull tab?

sweet silver trime!

Wow, that is awesome, how deep was it and did it come out looking like that?
