That's BAD news for the customer. Often when a great person leaves like this the outcome is never good. She did a phenomenal job and I can personally attest that she cared about the customer.
Either they were not paying her enough, she was pulling the cart all by herself, burnt out, or all of the above.
They lost a really good employee and representative for their products- however the greatest loss will be for the customers.

Well that's sad to hear. It's amazing how one really good CS person can make a huge difference in their respective businesses. Hopefully her replacement will pick up where she left off with the good service.

That's a bummer! She was hands down the best customer support I've dealt with. If anything broke, or quit working, she would immediately get me an RA number so I could send it in to be fixed or replaced. I really hope Minelab's Customer service continues for the Customer. She'll be missed.

She left because she found a job making a lot more money, I enjoyed working for Minelab.

That is what i mean a lot leave Minelab for more money elsewhere for they do not want to pay more to keep good help.
Jamie left for more money, of the former techs who worked in the repair center in Chicago, one fully retired, the other left to start his own business.

Whites DFX, Notka Makro Simplex. Folks the price don’t mean everything, the question is are you willing to put in the time to learn the machine, experience will pay off I guarantee it.
