Hi, thanks for the post :D This "town" is still shown in the De Lorme Gazetteer, a good guide for suspected ghost towns, canoeing and fishing. It doesn't say which are abandoned and which ain't. Soo thanks for the comfirmation!! New to the site, now that you shown me how a pretty nice resource can be used, I'm going to try verifying the GT's I'm not sure about. This site is worth way more than the price of admission! ;D Thanks again, Jim (P.S. Is there a page here somewhere that explains what "polite ettiquette" is for this (or any) site? I'm new to sites so not sure what ticks people off and it's not my thing to intetionally be inconsiderate. ??? )

Thanks Gypsy! I can't tell you how many times I've been by the grain elevator but never knew it was a GT... Next time I go visit my sister in Storm Lake I may have to take a detour :) ... Thanks again!!
