Just Doing My Civic Duty!

Today while out walking, I witnessed a member of a local Radical Muslim Sect fall into the icy river and get swept downstream. I felt I had to do my civic duty, and notify the authorities to contact the emergency rescue team. That was at 9am this morning. It's now after 10 pm, and no one has even bothered to showed up... And I'm STILL Waiting.
