Just purchased a Manticore, am I too later to the game?

Have been part timing my detecting for last few years and no going back at it. Did a lot of research and finally settled on a Manticore. My 11 inch coil to my nox broke and found a replacement pricey. I will say if the Manticore does what I need I do have a few detectors that will set unused. Do want to say thank you to two vendors here on Tnet. Big Boys Hobbies and Jeff from Kellyco. I have found my old hunts picked clean so someone is beating me there and I dont like loosing. Any advice is appreciated. What a person uses or how Manticore is setup is always appreciated.
