Well, I could not take these artifacts home, they were a little too big. I haven’t shared anything in a while so I figured I’d share these.

There’s actually two feet: right and left. side-by-side in the one picture and both of those actually have five toes.

The other one is in a walking pattern across the rock: left, right, left, right. Just like you would walk. And they all have six toes.

Six toes were thought to have a connection with the material world and the world beyond. There are many other glyphs that could be seen on the rock that denote transformation between the material world, and supernatural or mythological.

These were too big to take home (joking), and very much valued sitting right where they are at.

Very cool
What age are they predicting the prints are?
I don’t think we’ll ever know positively. But I believe that these two sites, which are two separate locations were probably carved around 500 A.D. to 1000 A.D..

That seems to be the estimate of others who are looking these over as well.

What would be a cool experiment would be to find one of these sites that not a whole lot of people have trampled over throughout the years and search around the boulders where these petroglyph are carved for artifacts. And then try to date the artifacts based on the point age, type of material, those characteristics.

Cool pictures! Thanks for sharing.
