I know how you feel, man. That stuff just discourages to type it again. Try to use Microsoft Word to type it and then copy paste it a thread. That way, if something fails you gonna have a backup copy.

Top of your browser, go to EDIT and then UNDO. Usually that will bring it back. You can move back something like 10 steps. If you accidentally delete a paragraph that is how you get it back.
