King George maybe ?

Went hunting in an old farm field and found this coin. Very thin and under a microscope I think I see the letters ORG. If anyone can ID this it would be appreciated !!! I haven't cleaned it at because I have no clue how to :-) It is about the size of a large cent....

I would guess it's a King George looking right but real hard to tell beyond that. Still good! I've found worse looking.
