Looks too grainy/bumpy for Coral but that is a common Florida chert.

I’m not really sure. It’s the only artifact I have made out of this materiel. Rare for the area for sure. I’m thinking some type of raw chert.

Yes it is, I really read it as he had made it. It didn't help that my cell phone view had the sentence line break after the words "I have made".
