Canned 7 quarts of beef stew today. Mmm good stuff.
I wish I could grow acreage of garden have a vegtable stand, but I chose the desert to settle in.Yah I hear ya Herb, while putting these away I did A quick look-see around the canning pantry. A few jars of tomatoes, one more of peaches, few green beans and quite a few albacore tuna left. A fair amount of frozen stuff and the garlic bag is getting low.
That’s time we’ll spent. I’ve been starting seed for this year. L to R; Pequin chiles (a few weeks old), basil and pequin chiles (newly sprouted). I like to control what I eat and enjoy knowing I did it myself, w/o artificial flavors and preservatives. Thanks for sharing.Got a batch of chicken breast done today. 😋
