Haven't posted in a LONG while cause I haven't found much besides footprints & brokes! lol
I found these few worth posting.
The first is what I think is a couple of Knifes?

The next I was hoping it was a bead, thought was just another Crinoid fossil but zooming in on it, It looks to have multiple notches on it? 8-)

Let me know what you think.

Fine blades love the stone type, the bead is hard to say unless you found it along side of other artifacts and not in a creek. Providence is everything on items like that. Great finds:icon_thumright:

Thanks [emoji106]. Yeah it's a creek find but I have found a shell bead in the same creek & I know there was a Native American site just up the creek , so when it floods I tend to find stuff in the creek. [emoji2]

Really cool pieces! Sorry, Can't help with the bead/ crinoid. As monsterrack stated its hard to say. Too many variables come in to play on that one. HH!

Very nice finds.

I know if I found that "bead." It'd be a bead. ;)

You find a lot of nice blades. So do you feel in your creek you find more down stream from the campsite or do find them scattered throughout? I find them scattered but some sections more than others.

Cool finds, love the materials you find, and, yes, if I found that bead, it would go in my case.

Me to on the footprints and points. The reason you see them is they are covered with a thin layer of mud or dirt and when they are stepped on the mud pushes outward and then exposes the point. Happens every time I know this cause I have found them in my own footprints from walking one direction then walking back the same way.
