This was found at an 1870's buffalo hunters camp in west Texas. It is made of brass. It has the embossed word centennial at the top, and the year 1876 at the bottom. The embossed building is the Fine Arts building during the 1876 centennial celebration in Philadelphia, at least I think that is it. At first we thought it might be a tobacco tag but its made of brass, not tin, and I can't find anything like it in my tobacco tag book. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks for any help.
