Hi Scrappy; The SLQ is in FINE Condition ok. Nice. The button is Colonial. Dates to 1750. I know because I did research on them a while back. The design is called HONEY COMB or BEEHIVE for the same style ok. Yours looks to be about 1770 due to it's wear. It was worn for a long time before it was lost. That is why the Pattern Lines are so thin. They are usually thicker ok. No value due to condition but still a nice find ok. PEACE:RONB
Nice piece of silver you got, she deserves the keeper status for sure. That's one thin button and you're getting to the wanted era, heck I would say you were there with this one, then again we all hope for more when something gets dug.
