The large cent 1833, is the best condition copper I've ever found.
The other piece is pewter I think.
It's somewhat heavy, but not heavy enough to be lead. I've seen this image on something before, but can't seem to place it.

Nice LC. Without a pic of the back, I'm thinking your other piece is a bridle rosette.

That LC is awesome Im still looking for my first. Ive found with my Camera I hold it sideways and the pics come out right side up LOL nice rosette those are fun to find. Well done on a good hunt........Tommy
