Large cent & ???

The large cent 1833, is the best condition copper I've ever found.
The other piece is pewter I think.
It's somewhat heavy, but not heavy enough to be lead. I've seen this image on something before, but can't seem to place it.

Do you mean the coin or the rosette?

The rosette. It has stars and what looks like a liberty cap or cornacopia.

Nice old Large Cent. That coin seems to be in pretty good condition.

That LC is awesome Im still looking for my first. Ive found with my Camera I hold it sideways and the pics come out right side up LOL nice rosette those are fun to find. Well done on a good hunt........Tommy

Nice LC. Without a pic of the back, I'm thinking your other piece is a bridle rosette.

Yes its a pewter rosette, some of them were plated.
