Me and a friend got contacted through our “in” with a local historical society about a 50 acre piece of farmland being subdivided next month. I could only spend a few hours there because it’s Mother’s Day and I have to cook and I’m just getting over my third bout of Covid 19, anyway, in my three hours there with my new favorite machine ( Deus 2) I managed 2 silver dimes, a shmoked shield nickel and the usual farm field crappola. My buddy got a sterling spoon with the land owners name, militia button and a 1820 large cent. We have already made plans to spend the day next week and hopefully get on something colonial.
happy hunting

Nicely done on the hunt.
Couple of silvers and the watch winder are winners.
Those umbrella slides always ring so lovely.
