I wasn't quite sure what this was when I plugged it.Washing my finds I could see corrosion on this piece so I put it in electrolysis for a spell it really surprised me being a 1937 20 Centavo. It appears it was used for jewelry.

That turned out nice I have a box of whats its to electricute here soon a few coins like yours. I tried it once but I dont think I did it right lol
 

I dug one of those silver 20 centavos coins and mine was jewelry as well...shows the same solder marks. I also found a 1 centavo copper coin in the same area that is also prior jewelry. I found mine here in Denver back in the mid 1980's.

I have dug many an ox knob, but never one with the horn in it! Very cool find.
