Fittingly found not 100ft from a war memorial....

To everyone ....everywhere...
A Happy New Year.....................................Joe

Are you using a backhoe to dig? I'm south of you, and the ground is frozen solid...

Nice find, but what the heck is that thing? I can see the legs, but that upper body seems like a total mess to me Just can't figure out that part. Maybe it's just because I just woke up 10 minutes ago...

Very befitting indeed! Glad you can still get out........ HH and Happy New Years to you, too.

Maybe it is two objects rusted together - a soldier wearing a backpack, with a second object rusted to his head? At least it looks like rust. Maybe some electrolysis would clean it up and separate the two objects, if there are indeed two objects.

Give the poor guy a break.....A Kuato!AAARGH!
One piece...lead.....no rust....just crudely cast.

[Shoe]

Too bad... a Kuato relic would have brought a lot more on eBay... :P

The field that never freezes....Not where I want to hunt, but where I can.
