Got permission to do a old early 1900's small house property..still has the old outhouse standing and the house is still in use..(outhouse excluded lol ). Found a 26 merc, two old crusty 1919 wheats, cool toy gun, trashed tootsie toy car, two mason jar lids with intact glass, and a skeleton key.

Second hunt, a mobile camping area..no silver or rings yet, but did find two large coin spills in two areas seperated by 50 feet. these where not spilled on one large pile but spread overe a few feet square..1st spill $8.25..the next one $18.65.

That's alot of coins there:icon_thumright:

To bad it wasent an S mint, it would make it a semi key date, i got one last year 1926- S in EF condition...

Dang that a load of clad! Wow!

I looked for the mint mark lol....yeah took me hours to dig those spills..At 1st I thought someone stole a coin operated machine of some type and busted it open..but found pennies mixed in as well. You and everyone else here knows no one lost that much clad in a small area like that. Mix of state quarters and all were just under the grass so wasnt long ago.

Total clad on both spills:

86 quarters
50 dimes
49 Pennies
4 Nickels

Nice haul!! Can not wait to get out there, but ground has to thaw first.

Very nice merc

Cap gun looks just like the one I found last year. Does yours have a name on it? mine has none.

Awesome bunch of finds......looks like you found a real good spot to hunt.

You more than paid for coffee and parking in some places! Congrats on the silver and wheats!

Very nice, cool finds

Looks like a good hunt to me. The toy guns I find are always in very poor condition. Congrats on yours. Thanks for sharing with us.

@ Papalittle: I don't remember seeing a name on it. It's missing the trigger/striker, but the rest is in pretty good shape.
