Howdy all. Not a whole lot of goodies but here goes. I met up with Colleen Thur. night after the rain cleared. With the weather still iffy, we hit a tot lot instead of our usual. I ended up with just over $2. and Colleen cleared out ~$1.30 plus two rings. She showed them to me later and one was marked "925."
She may leave her name at the school and try to return it because she said "she could picture some girl crying over losing it."
I wish my quarter to penny ratio was better! We also both dug a newer looking wheat penny.
Friday night we hit the usual site but could pull no silver.
We hunted in a different area and I found 3 wheats ('57D, '48, '44) and an aluminum White House token that I haven't found much info on. I also found what was left of a Drewry's beer can....at first I thought it was Roy Rogers on the can.
When I got home Fri. the sun was just setting and put on a show.
HH and thanks for looking,
Michiganne
p.s. In pic 3, what are the small slug-like things, right front?
