Lead Bale Seal Leiden Holland found in Virginia

I found this lead seal at a colonial site in Virginia. I found a couple of references to it on line. One dated it 1725-1727. Another 1700-1800. I havent seen any references to one like this outside of Holland.

Cloth Seal, Dutch, Lieden
Here's a similar one found on a Wreck dated 13 July 1743.

The Cloth Seals were sent all over the world, so you would expect them in any trading Country.
