Led homemade sinker

[kimonswanson643]

What is this? Is it a homemade led sinker. It has a ring on it. It looks like it was led that was flattened and folded over. It also has a hole punched in it. It also has two little things coming out if it. They look like they are melted on. Thank you

Are you sure it is lead?

It looks like what the power company has on the meter boxes to see if any one has been tampering with them a type of security seal.
