Case xx are still made today. I was asking about the knife because it looks kind of like a case xx sodbuster variation so was just curious. Could be rare if it is a case.Second down on left doesn't look like any Case knife I've ever seen, and I have been to ten of the Case swap meets at the factory. None of those knives look anywhere as old as a Case XX which were made between 1940 and 1964.
Ok, I see what you meant. Yeah I wasn't getting that detailed just wondered if it was a case xx.Case knives are still made today, but the ones marked only Case XX were made 1940-1965. In 1965 it became Case XX USA, in 1970 it became Case XX USA with ten "dots". If it's not marked Case it isn't one.
Believe Frost Cutlery owns Case today. Bought them 15-20 years ago...
