I am not sure of that, it was my uncles.

Second down on left doesn't look like any Case knife I've ever seen, and I have been to ten of the Case swap meets at the factory. None of those knives look anywhere as old as a Case XX which were made between 1940 and 1964.

Case xx are still made today. I was asking about the knife because it looks kind of like a case xx sodbuster variation so was just curious. Could be rare if it is a case.

Case knives are still made today, but the ones marked only Case XX were made 1940-1965. In 1965 it became Case XX USA, in 1970 it became Case XX USA with ten "dots". If it's not marked Case it isn't one.

Ok, I see what you meant. Yeah I wasn't getting that detailed just wondered if it was a case xx. :)

Here is a 3 blade case XX my father -in law fancied up. (engraving as well as the handle work) I'm not real familiar with folders, but it is a beaut.

Believe Frost Cutlery owns Case today. Bought them 15-20 years ago...

Cool looking knives. I have a collection of Case peanuts. I sold some rare prototypes to a buddy who has the nicest Case peanut collection in the country and he didn't have these. His collection needed them more than mine. I thought that Zippo owned Case now? Take care all and best of luck looking for items of your interests. Paul :)

The blade has what looks like a boot kicking a ball, the knife was made in Germany, I am sorry about the slow rely, I am usually a alot quicker. Later.

Someone must have wanted popcorn REAL bad to trade for that! :)

Here's one of my favorite EDC's- 1982 Case Mini-Trapper. Paid $3 for it at the local thrift shop a few years back :)

Here's a couple of mine, a near mint Schrade whittler from the early fifties, and a gorgeous Remington congress whittler from before 1940. I own way too many antique knives.

256202_10201306307963379_330847207_o.webp a few more loose ones. lol

I have been trying to collect case peanuts but I have only managed to find 3 at the local flea market. I bought them for $10 each. The boker tree brand congress was $12. The buck knife was a gift from my friend.
