Got the idea from IMZIM’s recent post.

I have this nice moss agate blade from South Dakota for starters.

Exceptional piece. What kind of material is that?

Yeah, that's crazy, 'rack.

Personal find...Lake County. It's broke about where my thumb and middle finger are at. Found it in a cow track...lucky to find both pieces.
It's right at 6 inches.View attachment 1722947

That’s unreal ! I think that’s the best looking one shown yet .... you need a display case with a backlight for it.

Maritime Archaic point(Red Paint People), found on St. Croix River, Calais, Maine. I'm not sure what the lithic material is....

Looks like some type of Coral to me.

Thank you everyone, some special and lovely memories there and Yes the artisans that made those were talented!............63bkpkr

Everyone sure has some nice ones. This one has a little damage but sure is pretty. It seems to have an older style to it. I’m not sure what type. View attachment 1721048

Don't know much about Colorado types, but it sure looks like a Hardin to me. Really beautiful material.

Cant quite get all this Hixton piece nicely backlit, but we get the idea!

Smoker! I think I remember when you first found and showed that piece not too long ago.

This is a sugar quartz variety of quartzite. Reminds me of Hixton, but I'm not familiar enough with that lithic to know for sure. The point is a Ste. Anne-Varney, a Late Paleo lance, found in Maine...
