That is a very nice display, I have only found the fossil leg bones. Hopefully I will find a whole skull.
In some regions soil conditions do not allow good bone preservation. I have not seen very many intact bison skulls come out of Texas and those I have seen were found in streambeds.

Usually what I find down here is fossil bone fragments that wash out of a layer offshore and end up on the beach, I’ve found one whole cannon bone and several broken ones. Some teeth as well.
