I found this cool slate knife/celt like tool in the roots of a tree that had been submerged for along time.

This is a good example of how a point looks that’s been dug up by a gopher and had the rain wash away all the dirt around it.

This is a piece of string I found in a pile of what was probably human waste and food scraps in the back of a cave. One of my favorite finds. Pretty rare to find centuries or millennia old organic material.

Are we looking at the heart shaped rock in the middle?
Yes…But I don’t believe it is in its original location where it was placed….Seeing that it was located on the edge of a modern man made road…
