Hah, well sure it's "something to worry about" if any of us shows up at a purist archie's state-dept. desk, and asks: "Hi, can I please dig and remove pulltabs from the state park beach please?". They would turn beet red and screech "Neeeooohhh" (since purist archies hate md'rs anyhow).
But the REALITY is, those rare type persons (being cited for a silly article like this) , rarely leave their ivory tower desks. And the reality is, no one else on earth cares .
Moral of the story ? Don't ask silly archies silly questions.
And I have a suspicion that a lot of our rules lists start in this way. Like the FMDAC one, and/or people coming on forums and saying: "I just found out such & such is off-limits". Yet I bet if you just simply go (barring an obvious historic sensitive monument), that , actually, no one cares less.
