My son found these two coins in a penny arcade!
Any thoughts ?

The bold strike from the 64 cent has a ring around it!?

The machine discarded the coins automatically.
The owner must have been unaware and left them!
 
Nice off center strike! The 1964 was probably on a necklace at one time.
