little bit of time but alot of luck

I haven't had much time to detect lately. i am modifying my bathroom to make it handicap accessible for my daughter. i gutted the bathroom and made it one big shower room with a sink and toilet. the weather was great today and i had 2 hours to kill so i hit the old beach to see if I could make a withdrawal. Luck has it and i pulled out these beauties. 2 14kt gold rings and a silver quarter with Buffalo. I found these mini buckle like things . Does anyone know what they are?

here is the bathroom i been working on so i don't have to lift my daughter in and out of a bath tub any more. What a blessing believe me. It is a little small but it serves the purpose

I think the buckles are for bathing caps or old swim suits. i found several in a hole where I pulled up two class rings from the 30's and 40's
