Don't know what to make of it,how old it is but the glass is very thin, not at all bubbly like the old medicine bottles I've seen. The last picture is a size comparison to my stylist.

I love finding the little bottles. I don't think this one is old, but it's still good for display.

I tend to agree with you mammabear. I have all sorts of little interesting bottles in a bookshelf in our study.I even have a miniature Chambord raspberry liqueur bottle just because I thought it was cute.

cool item, did you buy it or dig it?

Jef,f my husband buys boxes of other peoples' junk if you will to put together little Riker cases of everyday items soldiers might carry and sells them to a few antique stores in our area. Most of the hardcore relic guys just throw miscellaneous things and ship them to him without sorting them out. Occasionally I will see something that. I like and claim it.

Cool CoilyGirl. I can't make out what it says on the bottom of the bottle (wanted to search the net).

I can't either vp.Will try and look later with a magnifying glass.
Edited to add,I tried to read the faint markings but couldn't make them out, arg.

Looks like a 1910-20's pill bottle to me, nice color to it...

Thanks epackage,will Google that.

CoilyGirl- It looks to be a BELL-ANNS(same shape anyway). The one I have is amber color.

Looks like a Mercurochrome bottle, the one with the applicator in the rubber stopper. Neat find regardless...d2

I just found one of theses too, there are no markings anywhere on the bottle expect on the bottom - definitely a keeper!
