Little Help

Found this bullet have always been curious about it, thought it might be Gardner Explosive at first but no, then I thought it was a teat base but can't find any like it. Saw Worm Slicer's post about Ex. bullets looks like his cavity and mine are very similar can anyone help me out on this one . Thanks
